All merchandise, in the condition it was received, can be returned or exchanged within a 30 day period. We will happily refund the purchase price of any stock items that do not satisfy you. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are not refundable. We do not accept worn articles for refund, credit, or exchange. Nor do we refund gift certificates.
It is our intention to provide you with the best quality product, in the most convenient way, delivered to you in the best condition. If, by chance, you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item promptly at no additional cost to you.
Upon receipt of a damaged or defective product, please call us toll free at 888-890-3656 and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you in correcting the error. Please supply the sales associate with your order number, style number and tracking number from your original package.
Return/Exchange Policy: Here are the simple steps for returning or exchanging an item.
- On your return form, fill out, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes
- Please pack all items being returned or exchanged.
- Place the pre-printed return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). We can not accept returned merchandise 30 days after you have received your order. All exchanged merchandise will be charged a re-shipping fee unless it was shipped or invoiced incorrectly by our company.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
