Shipping & Delivery

PLEASE READ

Products we have in stock will typically ship in 1-3 business days.  If we do not have your product choice in stock please allow 3-4 weeks for us to make and deliver.  If you need it before this, please call the store at 888-890-3656 - we may be able to expedite or offer a suitable substitution.

Products sent via Standard delivery typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Express shipments are sent within 24 hours of receipt if ordered before 8 AM
EST. We will notify you if a product will take longer to ship and items will
not be charged to your account until shipped.

Approximate Shipping Schedules: Standard 4-7 business days for domestic U.S.
shipments, and 2-3 weeks for all other destinations. Express shipments are
delivered within 3 business days for U.S. Shipments and 5-10 business days
for all other destinations. 

Attention All International Customers

Shipping charge will be added to all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and
other International destinations. International shipping quotes must be given through
email and will not reflect in your check out total.  CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TAXES AND RETURN

Cost for Shipping to Foreign Countries

We do ship to U.S. territories, and to APO and FPO addresses with USPS.

We use either UPS or USPS.

Kraffs.com will select the best method of shipping based on your location
and the size of your package.

If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, he/she will be responsible
for the cost of shipment, and pay for it.
